Singapore-listed offshore services provider Ezra Holdings has inked a deal with oil company Saudi Aramco for an offshore project in the Middle East.
The long-term agreement with Saudi Aramco was signed by Ezra’s subsea services division EMAS AMC in a consortium with Larsen & Toubro Hydrocarbon Engineering (LTHE) for a period of six years with exercisable options to extend for another six years.
The scope of work will include project management, engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation, and installation works (EPCI) of offshore facilities such as platforms, pipelines, and submarine cables.

Ezra had clinched a series of global subsea contracts worth over USD115 million in June. The contracts, including one for rigid pipelay on the Aviat field development in the North Sea, were signed by Ezra’s subsea services division under frame agreement with Apache.
Meanwhile, EMAS Offshore, one of Ezra’s subsidiaries, has been awarded engineering and offshore support work in West Africa for an oil major.
Another of Ezra’s subsidiaries, EMAS Energy, is contracted for the deployment of pipeline installation vessel Lewek Centurion in Asia. The work comprises subsea pipeline free-span work, well plug and abandonments, slickline and nitrogen operations, well stimulation, and pipeline pre-commissioning for oil majors and national oil companies.
