Maritime TVis pleased to present another program in the “Ask the Administrator” seriesof interviews with Maritime Administrator Paul “Chip” Jaenichen on important issues affecting the U.S. maritime industry, pre-recorded at various locations around the country and Washington D.C. This 5th program in the series dealt with a full spectrum of topics ranging from the design of the new National Security Multi-Mission Vessel, MARAD ship re-cycling efforts and the recent NASSCO launch of Tote’s Marlin Class vessel, the Isla Bella, the first LNG-powered container ship. The interview was recorded on April 21, 2015 at MARAD headquarters in Washington, D.C.
