ACCESSING THE SITE
Access to the Site is permitted on a temporary basis and SRI reserves the right to withdraw or amend the service it provides on the Site without notice. SRI will not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, SRI may restrict access to some parts of the Site or the entire Site to registered users. If you choose or you are provided with a user identification code password or any other piece of information as part of SRI’s security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential and you must not disclose it to any third party. SRI has the right to disable any user identification code or password whether chosen by you or allocated by SRI at any time if in its opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use.
USE OF THE SITE
When using the Site, you must comply with the provisions of the Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our Site. You may not link frame or deep-link the material on this Site onto any other website without the express permission of SRI. No material on this Site may be used or distributed for commercial exploitation. Material on this Site may be used for personal and/or non-commercial purposes and in support of trade union/seafarers’ activities provided SRI/this Site is acknowledged as the source of the material and SRI is acknowledged as the author. IMPORTANT. This permission DOES NOT APPLY to material supplied by third parties. For permitted use of third party material, apply to the relevant owner of the material. If you print off, copy or download any part of our site in breach of these Terms of Use, without prejudice to any of our other rights and remedies, your right to use our Site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

SRI makes every effort to ensure that the quality of the Site remains high. In addition, from time to time, SRI may restrict access to some parts of the Site or the entire Site to perform necessary maintenance. SUBMISSION OF CONTENT
If you submit any material to the Site including without limitation any text, graphics, video or audio (“Content”), or make contact with other users of the Site, you must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You warrant that any Content does comply with those standards, and you indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. SRI reserves the right to remove any Content if in its opinion such material does not comply with the Content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy. Any Content you submit to the Site will be considered non-confidential save that if Content is submitted to a password-protected area of this Site, SRI will endeavour to keep the Content confidential to the extent it is able. Any Content you submit to the Site will be considered non-proprietary and by such submission, you grant SRI all intellectual property rights with respect to the Content save that if SRI publishes the Content, it will acknowledge the author thereof. If you do not wish to grant such rights to SRI, you must not submit your Content to the Site.

LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Use are governed by English law. The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site. SRI reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time by posting changes online.
